Description:
Track Changes: Deleted Comments recorded with track changes and show enable are blinking once on each save

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. CTRL+S or Save button

Actual Results:
Comment boxes are blinking

Expected Results:
Stable rendering


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
