MS Outlook connects to an IMAP server where my mail is kept. Why export Gmail-only message headers?

Outlook must be set up to download the whole email, not just the header. You must enter Outlook's Send/Receive Settings dialogue box, choose your IMAP account, and then choose "Download the whole item including attachments" under the Folder Options heading to make the change. When you've finished, Aid4Mail ought to be retrieving the whole email.

You must first pick the Send/Receive tab, click on the drop-down Send/Receive Group, and then choose Define Send/Receive Groups to access the Send/Receive Settings dialogue box.

then choose Edit.

The option to choose an IMAP account appears on the next page, after which you can either choose the folders or the complete account you want to download.
