Select protect sheet from tools menu

In cell properties, there is the protection checkbox and the comment : "Protection will be effective only once sheet is protected : Select "Protect sheet from Tools menu".
But there is no "Protect sheet" option in tools menu.

This issue was recently fixed in Collabora Online which is the successor of LibreOffice Online
