Description:
Characters are cut off half way down in the input line.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter character mix into a new Calc sheet.
2. Look at input line.
3.

Actual Results:
Characters are cut off half way down in the input line. There is a space above the displayed characters in the input line.
There is no issue in the cell displays.

Expected Results:
Show the complete contents of the input line.

Seems duplicate. 
I don't see it in new Calc file, but I do when opening attachment from bug 150664.
So you may also comment if this is for any new file or just some, and attach.
