Description R Freestone 2022-10-06 00:14:33 UTC
Description:
I occasionally use a soft hyphen if I want a word to hyphenate if needed, but not display if hyphenation is not needed. The hyphen appears in the Writer document, but will not print or export to PDF. It also does not appear in the print preview.

3. Export to PDF, no options selected, and PDF will not contain the hyphen.

When a soft hyphen is used, and the word is hyphenated, the hyphen character should print and export to PDF as it appears in the Writer document.
