Description:
Only 3 characters of slide title remain after save and reload if effect attached

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Impress (ignore the template manager)
2. Select the click here to add title textbox
3. Type ABC into the title field
4. Sidebar -> Animation tab -> Press +ADD button to insert an effect (appear)
5. Go to the ABC title field. Replace it with Hello World
6. Save
7. File -> Reload

Actual Results:
'Hel' remains of 'Hello World'

Expected Results:
Hello World


Reproducible: Always
