Writer file showing problem with image background

Version: 7.1.5.2 / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 85f04e9f809797b8199d13c421bd8a2b025d52b5
CPU threads: 2; OS: Linux 5.4; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3

Open the attached LO Writer file.

The image is attached as the last character in the first paragraph and has been set to Left-Bottom in the Image properties dialog.

As you can see, the image has acquired the (orange) background of the following paragraph (H3) in error.

EXPECTED RESULT

The following paragraph should not interact with the image at all.

While I confirm the file still looks as described, I can not reproduce this from scratch with a To Character anchored image with Horizontal: Left and Vertical: Bottom. Can you repro this in a new document?
