Description: Missing one step in the description. "Draw the line, double click, type the text, Format > Text Box and Shape > Fontwork." Please add "> Orientation." The popup box after choosing Fontwork doesn't actually do anything. It isn't until you choose "Orientation" that the text changes to fit the curve. Actual Results: Since Tip of the Day is automatically produced, I can't just pull up that tip. Expected Results: I managed to play around, pushing buttons until the tip worked, but it would have been nice to have that one more word, "Orientation" to complete the experiement. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: I apologize if this isn't really a bug, or this isn't the way to submit one. I haven't submitted a bug to LibreOffice before.
I can confirm that. The user needs to click one of the available options in order to see any result. Code pointer: https://opengrok.libreoffice.org/xref/core/cui/inc/tipoftheday.hrc?r=27f98935#148
