Missing one step in the description. "Draw the line, double click, type the text, Format > Text Box and Shape > Fontwork." Please add "> Orientation." The popup box after choosing Fontwork doesn't actually do anything. It isn't until you choose "Orientation" that the text changes to fit the curve.
Since Tip of the Day is automatically produced, I can't just pull up that tip.
I managed to play around, pushing buttons until the tip worked, but it would have been nice to have that one more word, "Orientation" to complete the experiement.

I apologize if this isn't really a bug, or this isn't the way to submit one. I haven't submitted a bug to LibreOffice before.
I can confirm that. The user needs to click one of the available options in order to see any result.
