Description:
There's nothing to screenshot because nothing happened. It just sat there. There wasn't even the little rotating cursor. Nothing. Fortunately, 7.3.6 worked fine when I reinstalled it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Just trying to open the program.

Actual Results:
Zilch.

Expected Results:
The program opening.
