Created attachment 183123 [details] Example DataBase Data are in Spanish (and fake), but it shouldn't be a problem
So is this a request to change the current behaviour?
Thank you for the report. Page headers and footers that are repeated on all pages are respectively above and below all page content, and their position is the same on all page – which couldn't be done properly if it was placed below the report header. This is a norm and expected in Writer, so I don't see why it should be different header. If need be, once created, the report can be edited, and the first page given the "First page" style, which will remove the page header and footer while the rest of the report still has them. My take is is "not a bug" but others can confirm. @sgilfra Seems that there was already a discussion about this, that you initiated in the following thread: https://ask.libreoffice.org/t/report-header-above-page-header/83029/2 Seems that the opinion there is divided as to whether this is a bug.
