Description:
It blocks horizontal scrolling in UI

Steps to Reproduce:
1. File menu
2. Open
3. Choose CSV file (with a column containing a row with many characters)
4. Import

Actual Results:
Extremely wide column width (54cm) for some of the columns when opening CSV file. Blocked horizontal scrolling.

Expected Results:
An optimal column width after opening a CSV file, so the UI functions well.

User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes

Additional Info:
When double clicking for optimal width, the column width changes correctly

Can you provide a sample CSV file where the problem happens?

Also, copy and paste the info in Help - About LibreOffice.
