Message after trying to open the file. If you want the original file, It is 5M in size so can not attach to the bug report.

This may be related to Bug 113074 and bug 134362. The sheet does not crash, but does not include all the data in the sheet.

As the screenshot shows it is a .xlsx document, so validating it as ODF wouldn't make sense..
Anyhow, the message says too many columns, so I'd guess that's a LibreOffice version that doesn't support 16k columns yet (<7.4.x, OP didn't say what they are using) and there are more than 1024 columns used (if "does not include all the data in the sheet" was meant so). If this is the case there's nothing we can do but suggest to try with the latest 7.4.x release.
