THE SAME HAPPENS ON MY WIFE'S COMPUTER Steps to Reproduce: 1.SWITCHED OFF THE COMPUTER 2.REINSTALLED LO 7.6,3,2 3.REINSTALLED EARLER VERSION LO7.2 Actual Results: LO IS UNABLE TO OPEN, THE UPSTART WINDOW FLASHING ON AND OFF REPEATEDLY. THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THE FLASHING IS TO SWITCH OFF THE COMMPUTER.
