Thank you for your replay. Tried again. The same results.
Safe mode didn't help.
But when resave file with .odt extension - everything fine.
Then again resave file with .doc (Word 97 - 2003) extension - again the same mistake
Don't know what to do.

Please take a look if the border side for cell/table are different when you open .doc than .odt.

If I understood correct you may see borders lines in attachment.

Also tried again both from .odt and .doc format IN SAFE MODE looks fine!
But why in normal mode problem ?

Sometimes happens, specially when updating version, that broke something in the user profile.

You clean the profile in the options to restart in safe mode.

First, you can take a look in the Menu/Tools/Options/View and in Writer options.

There are thousands of entries in the user profile, so it no so easy to find the issue.

Played a lot with View and Print options from Option Menu with file .odt.
Didn't help.
But in safe mode - OK!
So as I may see problem somewhere in this.
What is the main difference between Normal and Safe mode???

Yep, resetting profile is the way to fix this (as you probably did). Another info page: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile
