1. Create a new text document 2. Press Enter twice, so you have two empty paragraphs before the current 3. Type something, e.g. simply character "B", apply bulleted list uding toolbar, and press Enter 4. Now select the first two empty paragraphs and the character "B" on the third bulleted paragraph, but not the fourth paragraph 5. File->Export As->Export as PDF 6. Make sure that "Selection" is checked, and export to a PDF file 7. Check the exported PDF => Not only the third line has the bullet, but also the first two lines.
