When Track-changes is enabled, and you delete a comment, it's marked as deleted, which is as it should be. However, if you want to "really" delete it at this point, you need to accept the change. And what is more natural than right-clicking the comment and doing that through its context menu... except that the context menu doesn't offer than item, of accepting the comment deletion. It should.
Bug 115645 comes to mind
Coming from this request I tend to agree that _accepting_ the deletion should be possible likewise it is for regular text. Anyway, the discussion is better done on one place. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 115645 ***

It's title + opening comment are not dupes of this bug.
