Fields in the LibreOffice dark mode

Description:
Open attachment 182846 [details] from tdf#151364 which is a DOCX file containing several fields. The gray background and color of the text in the fields remain the same when you change the color theme to dark. This is annoying while working in the dark mode.

Steps to Reproduce:
1- Open DOCX attachment
2- Go to "Tools" > "Options" > "Application Colors". Change "Color Scheme" from "LibreOffice" to "LibreOffice Dark".

Actual Results:
The gray background and color of the text in the fields remain the same.

Expected Results:
The background and color of the text in the fields should change according to the dark theme, so that they remain consistent with the dark color scheme.

Reproducible: Always

Probably not what you want (i.e. dynamic fg/bg theme adjustments) but we already have functional handling now if you set the Tools -> Options -> Accessibility 'Use automatic font color for screen display'. Not checked active by default.

=> WFM, but room to improve the "granularity" of the UI elements defined in Application Colors, to define per LO module themes, and to provide better UI for users to build their own color themes and by-pass os/DE provided themes.
