Description:
When I open a docx document which contains with a table with a number cells column and reload it and click somewhere on the table, the separator changes from comma to point.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. File -> Reload
3. Click on the table and you can see the changes.

Actual Results:
The separator of number cells changes from comma to point.

Expected Results:
The separator does not change. It remains comma.
