red arrow points to where the problem is

steps to reproduce:
1. unlock both default bars
2. move both of them to the side instead of top (i moved one to each side)
3. enter a cell and click on the formula top textbox
4. Type = to bring the function helper

The helper overlaps the formula textbox and you cant see where you type
