Description:
LibreOffice Writer, version 7.3.7.2  on Windows 10.

Table. If you drag the column borders -to resize columns, lines get drawn on screen (until you click out or redraw the screen).



Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a table.
2. Drag a column border left or right


Actual Results:
Multiple vertical lines get drawn to screen.

Expected Results:
No vertical lines should appear. Works fine in Safe Mode, but not sure what settings to change in Safe Mode.

User Profile Reset: Yes

In Tools / Options / Libreoffice / View  /   
Disabling SKIA in "Graphics Options" takes care of this issue for me.

We have a "denylist" that should take care of deactivating Skia/Vulkan, if there is a known bad graphics driver. How does it work for you in 7.5? If it still allows Skia/Vulkan while showing the problem, you could share your C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\cache\skia.log file (adjust path per user name).
