I have attached three screenshots. Please compare the paste buttons on top-left in these three screenshots.


Screenshot 1:
- After starting Calc with blank clipboard

- After pasting text to th clipboard using Notepad

Screenshot 3:
- After click on the few pixels (at the right side) displayed of the paste buttons extended area with the truncated arrow.

Seems to be Windows-only.I cannot reproduce this bug on Linux.

Expected behaviour: The Notebook bar should initialize with the full width of the paste button on start-up.

Seems to be fixed in build 7.4.2.3.
