What is the display resolution of your PC?

What Windows UI scale factor do you have applied to your Windows desktop?

Have you tried using the Colibre (SVG) icons? 

     Tools -> Options -> View:  Icon Theme

        select the 'Colibre (SVG)' theme from the list box.
