Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open any Writer document with ruler open.

Actual Results:
tabStops are almost invisible in Windows DarkMode

Expected Results:
tabStops should be visible


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
enable "Experimental features" —checkbox Tools -> Options -> Advanced panel

Please retest with nightly master against 7.5 and provide the os/DE you are working in.
