After switching to the "Notes" view to add slide notes, many of the slides do not render at the top of each note page. The two screenshots below show two slides in the Notes view: one which renders properly (slide 6) and one which does not (slide 5). I have also attached the presentation so that it can be reproduced.

Confirmed. Already like that in 3.5.

Maybe there is something broken in the XML, but I don't have time to study it now.
