Description: The menus in Calc keep turning to black font black and dark background when i reconnect over RDP. This happens at two Windows 2022 VPS with the same settings, system is set to dark mode and Calc runs in light mode. To get the menu font and background back to normal you have to restart Calc. Skia is turned off and it doesnt fix it. It was working fine for months with the versions before. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Calc (Menu colors normal with black font and grey/white background) 2. Disconnect over RDP 3. Reconnect over RDP Actual Results: The menu colors switch to a dark mode and have a black font on a very dark background, while the rest of Calc is in light mode. The menus are affected only. Expected Results: Keep the menu colors, black font on grey/white background. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes Additional Info: Version: 7.4.2.3 (x64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 382eef1f22670f7f4118c8c2dd222ec7ad009daf CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 20348; UI render: default; VCL: win Locale: en-US (en_US); UI: en-US Calc: threaded

Believe this dark mode detection issue has already been addressed as for see also bug 151756 But could be a different Microsoft remote desktop protocol related theming issue, please check the following: 1. enable experimental features on the system(s) your RDP onto (Tools -> Options -> Advanced: 'Enable experimental features (may be unstable)' checkbox). 2. parallel install [1] a nightly of master [2] against 7.5 onto the system you remote desktop into. If the menu colors behave during RDP session, this is a duplicate. =-ref-= [1] https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Installing_in_parallel/Windows [2] https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Win-x86_64@tb77-TDF/
Without a response, I assume this is a duplicate of bug 151756. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 151756 ***
