Since the fix for bug 33495, we can make the presenter console windowed instead of fullscreen. In windowed mode, the Exchange button misbehaves.

Steps:

1. With multiple displays, open Impress
2. Tools > Options > LibreOffice Impress > untick "Fullscreen presenter console", click OK
3. Slide Show > Start from first slide (or F5)
4. Click "Exchange"

Results:

The presentation switches displays but the console does not.
