Description:
Quando procedo allo scorrimento o alla selezione di elementi mediante pad o mouse, il movimento delle pagine o del testo risulta molto scattoso, per nulla fluido e troppo veloce

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Installare una nuova versione
2.Disinstallare e installare di nuovo
3.

Actual Results:
è sempre presente il bug

Sempre bug
