Too short dark background behind menu bar

When extended to full-with, the built-in Libreoffice dark theme background graphic on Windows is too short on big screens, thus the left part of the menu parts is light grey and the icons turn out almost invisible.

Do not use the defunct mozilla style themes from Tools -> Options -> Personalization as the bitmaps are not HiDPI friendly--and frankly the os/DE defaults are providing a better UX.

On Windows this is still experimental and must be activated with:

Tools > Options > LibreOffice > Advanced. Check "Enable experimental feature (may be unstable)"

Correct, out of experimental and already enabled by default for 7.5.0, with additional improvements there and in master against 7.6.0
