Description: When in Calc and you use the mouse scroll wheel to scroll the sheets are slow (lags behind) to move. The right side bar is the same way. Writer is not as slow as Calc. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Use mouse scroll wheel or right side bar to scroll up or down 2.Sheet movement lags 3. Actual Results: The sheet moves slow when using either the mouse scroll wheel or right side bar. Expected Results: Smooth scrolling with no lag. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: Tried in Safe Mode got the same results.
