Was unable to recreate bug in unstable and stable build. How long did it take for Draw to crash? Can't reproduce either with: Version: 7.5.0.1 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 77cd3d7ad4445740a0c6cf977992dafd8ebad8df CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19045; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: en-GB (en_GB); UI: en-GB Calc: threaded Please also: - share with us the information in Help > About LibreOffice - see if the program still crashes in safe mode (Help > Restart in safe mode)
Summary of what Rolf said via emails: > Could the crashes be related to the hardware acceleration setting? If I set the graphics output to "hardware acceleration" and anti-aliasing in the View menu in DRAW, the image build-up is very sluggish and the graphics card utilization is almost zero. However, if I switch the graphics output to "Use Skia for rendering", the image build-up is very fast and the graphics card load increases. > my system > Win10 home 64 bit > Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8600K CPU @ 3.60GHz > RAM 16GB > Nvidia RTX2060 And later: > Many thanks for the help. I am now using an old version of LibreOffice 7.3.7.2 (see attachment). This runs very stable. I don't have any crashes under DRAW 🙂 Screenshot of About dialog for LO 7.3.7.2 shows that Skia is in use. It is still unclear which configuration was used when Draw crashed, so keeping as "need info" for now.
If I select a large block and move it for a long time (30-40 seconds), LibreOffice crashes. I have the crash in version 7.4.3 and version 7.5.0.1. Version 7.3.7.2 runs stable.
