Description:
Still using the UI Groupedbar (why was it removed?) because of my settings.

In the past, when editing the lower third of the symbols disappeared. 

E.g. minimizing and maximizing the window again brought the symbols back.

7.4.3.2 fixed it with the German localization (but not the with the English one).

Now it's back. :-(

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit text or a cell in Calc
2.

Actual Results:
Modify text in Writer, cells in Calc.

Expected Results:
Parts of the symbol bar vanish.

After resetting my configuration and losing the option Groupedbar I'm now on Groupedbar Compact (like shown in LibreOffice 7.3 Writer Guide, p. 475).

The "lost symbols" don't come back. 

Makes working petty much lousy.

Seeing the same issue after updating from 7.4 to 7.5 under Ubuntu Linux.

I'd like to add this happens also in Writer and Impress.

Tried several Windows PCs and there was no pattern in regard to video cards.
