Description:
"Mini Toolbar", after text selection (Writter, Calc, Impress) a mini toolbar should automaticaly appear next to the selected text with icons to set fonts, alignment, text color, indenting, and bullets.

Similar functionality called "Mini Toolbar" exist in MS Office and it greatly increases productivity when writting and formating documents (reducing mouse movments, number of clicks, nr of mistakes).

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Write text
2.Select text
3.Automatically after text selection a toolbar should appear next to the selected text

Actual Results:
Now after selection nothing happens automatically. Only the context menu appears after right-click.
