Description:
Libre Office Writer offers a single option: 
1) Update Entire Index

MS Office Word: Offers two options: 
1) Update Entire Index or 
2) Update Page Numbers Only

The second feature comes handy because it does not mess up with Font Sizes and the table will stay exactly as it has been configured.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an Index Table
2. Click "Update Index"
3.
