Gutter position

Hello. 

In page layout settings, When the "Mirrored" option is selected, the odd page gutter is on the right and the even page gutter is on the left anyway, so it is better to disable the "Gutter position" option when this option (Mirrored) is selected.

Seems it would be better to adjust the "Mirrored" for RTL use to reverse the gutter placement. 

And we've been labeling such Start/End in UI rather than the Right/Left | Left/Right pairings.

This problem has been reported in bug 140561. Please join the discussion over there with RTL specific knowledge.
