Description:
The customization for the Groupedbar Compact UI toolbar is not wokring. Changes do not have an effect. Also, all customizations are reset after closing and re-opening the customization window.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Switch to the Groupedbar Compact UI.
2. Open the customization window.
3. Make some changes, e.g. unceck the "Open" and "Save" icon.

Actual Results:
Unchecked icons remain visible in the toolbar.
Also all changes are lost, after closing and re-opeoing the customization window.

Expected Results:
Unchecked icons disappear from the toolbar.
Changes made are persistent after closing and re-opeoing the customization window.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
Seems to happen with all components (Writer, Calc, Impress) of LibreOffice starting from 7.5.0.1. maybe even earlier build are also affected.
