Description: When there are some text at the spreadsheet, the font size not applies to all of them after selecting with ctrl + a. If nothing typed (so, blank spreadsheet), Libreoffice can set the font size for all of the spreadsheet. Steps to Reproduce: 1. New Spreadsheet 2. Write something to B/2, C/2, D2, E/2. 3. CTRL+A 4, Change font sizte to 20. Actual Results: B/2, C/2, D2, E/2 are now at font size 20. All the other cells are in font size 10. Expected Results: All the cells in the spreadsheet should be in font size 20.
