2. Save as XLSX

Right-click cell S29 and compare Alignment - Vertical. Should be Default, but is Bottom.

Spin off from bug 150598.

Seen already in oldest of linux-43all repo.

That is not the case when saving the original as xls. So, saving as xls <> saving as xlsX.

The issue is reproducible also during XLSX to XLSX save.

4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo';
4b. If the bug was not present in 3.3 - add 'regression' to keyword
