Description:
If I want to write a list, the test is not indented.
Example:
1. This is my text.
This is the next line.
Should be:
1. This is the first line.
   This is the second line.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Write a list
2.The next line is not indented
3.

Actual Results:
Next line in a list not indented.

Expected Results:
1. This is the first line.
   This is the second line.


Reproducible: Always

The writer should indent.

I'm lost.

How could LibreOffice possibly know that you are trying to create a list. And how could it possibly know that the second line is supposed to be considered part of the same list entry (considering that you have introduced a carriage return).

NOTABUG: LO is not a mind-reader. It should only produce exactly what you type.

Caveat: There IS an option to turn on autoformat (Tools - Autocorrect - Options dialog - Options tab - "Bulleted and Numbered Lists. ..."). Turning that on will detect "1. " and start a real numbered list for you.  In that case you would get:
1. This is the first line.
2. <and now you can type "This is the second line">

A list is created new I type `1.` or `A)` or `a)`.

    1. First line. Presing Alt+Enter result in...
       Next line. Just Enter results in ...
    2. Second element for the list
