image resize pointers marked up with colours

"red circle" on resize pointers means it 'doesn't resize' that image with those pointers

"green circle" on resize pointers means it 'does resize' that image with those pointers

Reproduced with e.g. curved-right-arrow but not curved-left-arrow, since 7.0 when new gallery presets were introduced.

I tested again and could reproduce 7.3.7.2.
Kavin, what steps did you use? Did you make sure you didn't move the object, and used the handles smszuhair circled in red in attachment 185227 [details]?

Some more info:
- other categories affected, e.g. Diagrams
- not the case for Calc or Draw

Setting back to new.

Please follow exactly the steps in the description, and please test with a more recent version (7.4 or 7.5) as version 7.3 will not see further releases.

Please don't set to "assigned" unless you plan to fix the bug yourself by submitting a patch.
