Icons displaying correctly for MS Notepad and Calc, but not Writer

As per the attached screenshot, no icon appears on the taskbar for LibreOffice Writer. Notepad on the left and Calc on the right both display properly, but Writer (in the middle) defaults to a generic file icon. This is on Version 7.5.0.3, just installed.

The taskbar icon is now displayed correctly. There is no icon for the LibreOffice desktop shortcut, but this was missing from previous versions too.
