Description Daniele 2023-02-10 19:27:59 UTC
Hi,

AKB: When record track changes is on and show track changes is off spellchecker underlines words which are next to deleted words as incorrect, seemingly considering them as one word to be split in two.

DSB: When I am working on a document with record track changes on and show track changes off, the spellchecker should only show me mistakes in what I am seeing (that is the final document), thus not uniting corrected words (in the background) and final words.

Please see attachments for details.

Note that the words "had" and "this" which are next to the deleted words are underlined as being wrong. This should not be the case.

Thank you for your work!

I could not reproduce with the attachment or from scratch, replacing an incorrect word with a correct one.

Hi, thanks everybody.

I just checked and the problem persists.

Please follow these steps

1. Connect Languagetool (sorry for not mentioning this before)
2. write a mistake without track changes
3. activate track changes without (or with) show track changes
4. you should see a red underlining
5. correct
6. deactivate show track changes
7. the red underlining should still be visible
