Description:
V7.4 works, but not V7.5. Crashes out when opening with an error message.
Downloads OK though. Odd.

Actual Results:
Double click the new desktop icon

Expected Results:
Libreoffice shows a small window with an error message.

Could you please check again with LibreOffice 7.5.1 <https://es.libreoffice.org/descarga/libreoffice/?type=rpm-x86_64&version=7.5.1> to see whether the issue is fixed in that version ?

Since Windows 7 32bit is mentioned in title, probably duplicate of bug 152345.

Yes, that fixed it....version 7.5.1.1 now works (opens and loads).
