Description: I have been trying to install LibreOffice 7.5 in Windows 11 and cannot get out of safe mode. I have now tried all the options on the menu that pops up when the start up fails. Safe mode works. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Start 2.System notifies that it is in Start Mode 3.Execute all the recommended fixes in sequence Actual Results: I click "restart in normal mode" and LibreOffice successfully starts. Next time I start, I get the same error sequence. (Note: I have gone through the Windows 11 setup to assign all relevant file types to LibreOffice if this makes a difference). Expected Results: LibreOffice starts withou an error message. Sounds similar to bug 145803. When successfully restarting in normal mode, are you able to turn off Skia in Tools > Options > LibreOffice > View? Then restart and see if it goes through safe mode again.
