Description: It used to be conveniently possible to operate dialogs with keyboard shortcuts. Since Version 7.4.5.1 this is no longer possible and pressed shortcuts are applied to the text in the main window. This has led to largely unexpected results. This seems to apply to *all* dialogs. Working efficiency is noticably reduced. Steps to Reproduce: 1. open a text document 2. open the search-and-replace dialog (CMD-OPTION-F) 3. enter "foo" for the text to search for and "bar" for the text to replace it with 4. hit CMD-R Actual Results: The current paragraph is right-justified Expected Results: All occurrences of 'foo' are replaced with 'bar' Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes Additional Info: Version: 7.4.5.1 / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 9c0871452b3918c1019dde9bfac75448afc4b57f CPU threads: 6; OS: Mac OS X 10.15.7; UI render: default; VCL: osx Locale: de-DE (de_DE.UTF-8); UI: de-DE Calc: threaded
I can't confirm with Version: 7.6.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: ab20dba30769a5a52830220daa347772485db6a2 CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19045; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: en-US (de_DE); UI: en-GB Calc: CL threaded But I have different keyboard shortcuts ALT+R = Replace Alt+L = Replace All But there seems to be a different bug: If I press "Replace All" I always get the result "Search key not found" although i get search results when pressing "Find All"
Interestingly, text justification shortcuts (right with CMD-R, left with CMD-L etc.) continue to take effect even after the key bindings have been deleted in the customization dialog.
Still present in 7.5.1 Also manifest in other modal dialogs.
I figured out that and how the key assignments have changed: COMMAND-OPTION and R: replace all G: case sensitive W: backwards search E: (highlight replace-with field) A: (unclear, toggles highlight on search-all and attribute buttons) T: replace next Z: whole word U: (highlight search field) I: selection only O: toggle current / last search P: hide advanced options S: cancel K: Comments ... that's it for now, please find other mappings by trial and error
