Description gorman 2023-02-19 11:10:43 UTC
Description:
I updated to LibreOffice 7.5.0.3 on 18 February, 2023. During the update I received several popups with notices that my system would have to restart to finish installation.
When prompted to restart, I did and the restart took a very long time ... and LibreOffice would not work. I saw that icons for LibreOffice files had changed (as stated in the Release Notes), so I restarted my system again. The second restart was faster, but LibreOffice still did not work. I restarted the system several more times and each time the restart was faster, but LibreOffice deid not work.
I finally went to Settings / Programs and Features and did a Repair, after which LibreOffice worked.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Unable to reproduce installation problem after Repair of LibreOffice
2.
3.

Thank you for the report, Gorman.
As you are unable to reproduce, I will mark this as "resolved - worksforme".
A few Windows startup issues were fixed in the new 7.5.1.2, it would be great if you could update and see if it works without needing a repair.
