Shwoing how text in bullet points is compressed

Character spacing is compressed with bullet points. See attached file & screenshots

This only happens in bullet points, not in regular textboxes or titles

Problem is on Ubuntu 20.04, I do not have other OSs so I do not know if it is reproducible in Windows /Mac

An absolutely fresh install and removal of the $HOME.config/libreoffice directory solved this.
