With bug 153485, the tooltip for the Headings Level icon in the Navigator panel was changed. Because the word "Headings" was dropped, the "H" icon no longer seems appropriate. Discussion in bug 153485, comment 12 suggests that a good idea exists for how to revise the icon. NB -- if a new file name is used, then the UI and help page will have to be updated to use the new filename.
