Description Marcin Juszkiewicz 2023-02-25 11:42:30 UTC
I have 83 pages long document loaded into LO Writer. And have some work to do on tables in it.

Scroll to page 67, add new table, remove old one and BUM! I land on first page of document.

Instead of being still on page 67.

Now I have to scroll through all those pages back to where I was.

Similar case is with removal of image frames.
Comment 2 Dieter 2023-03-12 10:25:26 UTC
I can't confirm with

Version: 7.6.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: d7c609dbb1bd08865b43719d2fb7c316d30bcde5
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19045; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: en-US (de_DE); UI: en-GB
Calc: CL threaded

My steps:
1. Open an new document and insert some pages (I've added 38 Pages)
2. On last page insert table
3. Select table -> Table -> Delete -> Table

Actual and expected result:
Focus (and cursor) on last page

Marcin, please note you're steps, if they are different. Please also try in SafeMode (Help -> Restart in SafeMode) and copy and paste information about the version you use (Help - About LibreOffice)
