Description ROD DAVIS 2023-02-25 19:35:33 UTC
Using libreoffice v 7.4.5.1 on windows 11, found a bug.
The created value in file / properties displays as 00/00/0000, 00:00:00
Wile the corresponding field produces " " i.e. nothing. But other apps do
Show a valid date, e.g. Windows file explorer: 1/27/2023 6:23 pm. This is one
of two files that show this behavior -- but I have not done an exhaustive search.

- Are you able to attach the file in question, removing any sensitive data?
- Do you know with what version of LibreOffice was the file created?
