I downloaded 338MB in order to get the Windows 64-bit msi archive. As a comparaison, the main x86_64 deb archives requires 189 MB. Of course the Windows archive contains more libraries. However, there are many language specific files. For an installation, many languages will possibly never be used.

Could we separate the language specific files into one archive for each language. 

Each language archive could be downloaded separately either before the installation or during the install process.
